maybe and I stress maybe, Ballard Memorial belongs in there

Ballard Memorial deserves a top 10 ranking right now. I say right now because I think it would be a nice deal for the kids there to see themselves ranked, because they are not going to have as easy time against Caldwell County and Murray High later this year.

Lloyd should be in the top 15 before a couple of these teams
