Just curious if anyone knew but how many players from Northern Kentucky schools (Boone, NewCath, CovCath, Highlands, etc.) play for NKU? I saw some highlights of an NKU game last night and they said Scott Bibbins and the name rung a bell and i was just wondering.

NKU has always had at least a couple players from the Greater Cincy area. The ones off the top of my head, Listerman, Todd Clark (Sometimes), entire Stowers family, Kelsy, Mcfarland, Rasso, Bibbins, Reinhardt, Andre Mclendon, Shannon Minor, Derrick Smith, and it goes on...

Don't forget Angela Healey from Highlands, she passed up soccer to follow her passion for basketball.

Chiodi from NCC in addition to Healy on the girl's team.

Mike Kelsey, who graduated last year, played at Elder.

Also, Ryan Schrand played at Lasalle and then went on to NKU. That was '95 or so.

 

Billy Finnel is from Purcell Marian & is on this year's NKU team.
