I was at the game and I thought Sharp complained to the refs too much, every time he gets called for a foul its as though it couldn't have possibly have happened. And several times he dogged it on defense. As far as his points last night, 6 came long after the game was decided and he missed several shots earlier in the game. He can't hold a candle to Mains. The Pendleton students certainly aren't any worse that any other schools are, at least at the games I have been too this year.

CONGRATS Howard on the 1000!!! We will miss ya next year!!!

But for PC whats there future look like, after this year they look like they have some struggles ahead. I mean the jv game Scott won by 20 i think it was. PC looks i think to struggle when all those seniors leave!

I agree. Pendleton better win the 10th this year, because they won't be seeing another regional title for a very long time.

 Who was Mains guarding when he got into foul trouble?

As far as the students go..... I remember when i was in 5th grade and would go to games with my dad, and would see those crazy kids yelling for our team and against others and wanting nothing but just my chance to yell like those crazy guys,....... then my freshman year finally came and for four years i was one of those crazy, foulmouthed, deragatory students trying to root for my team while drawing the attention and getting in the head of the opposing team......now as a thirty year old father of a 4th grader who i take to the games I set and watch those same student sections in amazement and can't believe i used to be a chant leader of that crowd.....

My point, we as people (especially high schoolers)make misjudgements without even realizing sometimes the big picture. I wouldn't trade my high school days for anything, even though i regret some of the things i did i wouldn't change one chant at a single game i attended. High school students get caught up in the atmosphere, especially when their team is a winner and rub it in.....if you thought PC's fans were rowdy don't attend a Cov Cath home game, those boys are brutal. And one more thing if anyone is reading this who played ball for Bracken Co from 90 - 94 ....sorry for all the bads things i once said as a crazy highschooler

Here we are all waiting for your accessment of the game and all you have to say is negative things about PC. Come on!!

Sharp is a nice player but Mains is top notch! Once his front row coach leaves him alone and he doesn't have to listen to both sides of the floor he could be as good as Tyler!

This Scott team has the potentally to be a very good team and could surprise alot of people come tourney time!

Kyle McCord needs to play that hard all the time. Kyle McCord plays waaay below his talent level. He could carry them!

What's up with Whitehead? Makes a 3, has a turnover and never sees the floor the rest of the game? Something up there?

Quigley is questionable, Do not see where it is even necessary to quard Miller, not a scoring threat does not even look to shoot.

Howard needs to look to play more basketball and stop all the cheap shots after he gets Schooled!

If Scott goes out and plays Basketball like Sharp and McCord did friday night then they will earn a trip to the fieldhouse. That's where they will experience what Kentucky High School basketball is all abot and realize how lucky they are to be out of the 9th Region!

Then maybe next year the will schedule more 10th region teams and drop out of the NKAC.

Scott welcome to the 10th and come join the fun full Time.

Yes I agree I wish the Camels would get out of the NKAC as well. It really serves no purpose when they are in the 10th region.

Please!

The only thing I said negative about PC was about their student section.

Their basketball team is top notch with an excellent starting line-up.

As far as the rest of your observation about Sharp, McCord, Miller, Quigley, and Howard, I don't agree with your opinions because I know these kids are good players.

Hey tiger. What was up with Whitehead? Why so little playing time? Was he hurt?

I have no idea about that situation.

I'm sorry that you mis- read my post except for Quigley, I too think Scott has a quality and capable starting lineup including Whitehead!!!

Pendleton's adult crowd was good, but the school students were very disrespectful and obnoxious especially since they were doing these things in the Scott cheering section. They were yelling obscenities to the adults, cheerleaders, and players from Scott.

We are hearing this same thing at every away game. PC brings a large group of fans to all away games. many of which are students. I have never seen a larger following of students at away games from any other school. I thinks most schools are quite surprised and usually don't see their seats filled with opposing students, therefore they tend to get hacked off when the seats are filled. Keep it up PC fans and go cats :ylsuper:

That's how PC student fans are, not too creative, just derogatory and loud. Maybe they'll get more creative stuff than yelling a player "sucks" or other terms not appropriate on here...

What are you talking about?? The PC student section in my opinion is very good, and always supports there team well. I just think everyone is jealous that the Cats bring such great fan support everywhere they go. At the Scott game Friday and the Harrison game yesterday, it was probably 3 or 4 to one PC fans over the home crowd. I am not sure where you are from Striker, but I bet the PC fans are a lot better than yours.
