West Seniors will practice at Ballard 5:30-7 PM on June 14th (Friday)

 

East Juniors will practice at Jeffersontown 4-5:30 PM on June 14th (Friday)

West Juniors will practice at Jeffersontown 5:30-7 PM on June 14th (Friday)

Congrats to the girls on these teams but how Maddyson Moran isnt on the 9th thru 16th region Senior team is just baffling?

With a whopping 4 coaches that represent the 9th region, not surprising to me. Hopefully more will become active in the state association next year.

 

And Maddy should have definitely been on the list along with a few others in both junior & senior classes.

That is after summer ball is in full swing hard to miss a top notch tournament for this.

I believe my BOSS has applied/registered to be in the association next season. Hopefully she will get in and a "varying" voice will be heard.

 

I know that if we had a kid playing for us with the accolades and/or stats that Maddy has that we would make sure the world knows who she is and what she is capable of.

Her head coach is not a member of the state coaches association, therefore she is not going to get nominated.

Hey Meathead-Playing in the East-West All Star games is an Honor. Especially for the Seniors who play on Sunday in their HS uniforms for their very last time. If you have never been to an East-West All Star game then you are missing something very special. Get off the pot Meathead missing a so called top notch tournament is nothing compared to the East-West All Star Games.:ylsuper:

Horse hockey that reasoning comes right off the stable floor. Are you telling me that no other coach in the 9th or 10th region who played against this young lady did not have anything positive to say about her. Any coach who was at the selection meeting can nominate any player from another team even if that coach from her school is not there because they are either too lazy - too cheap or just don't care.

webster is probably right...i know maddie's team has scheduled games in chicago area that weekend....if you don't accept an invitation, you aren't listed on the team.
