I have said it many times on here but I don't know of anyone in the area that has done more for fastpitch in the NKY area. So I think most people that have love for this game would have some love for BGH. His stat taking and his absurd love for Brossart are another story though!

No reason to re-write a masterpiece from the BGH. I would not ever think to try and write like he does. I just wanted to get the score and write-up posted on BGP where more people will see it.

By the way JMU, BGH has not touched the stats or book for a year and a half so you can let that one go and move on. Love him or hate him BGH has done more for young ladies and fastpitch than anyone I know. My kids love their team and coaches and would not have wanted to play anywhere else. They have won a lot of games playing for a small School and as you know JMU that is hard to do with the limited number of talented girls in a small school. I hope we have a few more surprises for some team to finish out this year like we did with Nicholas but if not it has been a great ride for my girls. GO BBHS and GO BGH!!!!

I am glad someone is doing posts for BBHS it's nice to hear from them every now and then, I know Lawnboy and I have asked several times for the Brossart fans to get on here and let us know how they are doing. We want to hear when there kids do good or bad.

I know it is in good fun to beat on the BGH but PLEASE remember that if you keep putting that in print it DOES take away from the girls on BBHS that are getting it done because everyone thinks that what these girls are doing in not legit and that is just not the case. It WILL hurt any of them that should get votes for different teams like ALL tourny, conference, region, state ect... You say you are for ALL of them in past posts and I do believe you however, I think in the fun you are unintentionally putting a cloud over some girls. Please consider what impact that could have on a high school girl that could get some good pub but did not get a vote because someone that vote does not understand your attempt at having some fun with BGH.

No I am serious when I think Brossart stats are not accurate DEAD SERIOUS, but I don't know any of their kids and haven't seen them play one game so I don't know for sure. A couple weeks ago when we had our little fued on here I looked on cincinnati.com Brossart has 5 girls hitting over .419 and another 4 hitting over .333. Do you think any other team in NKY has those kinds of stats exp when Brossart was struggling so bad. NCC has avg to below avg pitching and you guys were 3 or 4 hit. Hell I bet Greenwood who is killing people do not have numbers like that. So yes it is about the girls, if Brossart isn't doing their stats right and it keeps kids from getting something they don't deserve or it keeps a player on other teams from getting something they do deserve than I am ok with it.

 

If I talked about a certain player it would be one thing but I have not and there has been times in the past when I could have but I didn't. If you say there numbers are legit I would tell every reader or poster to believe you over me bc I don't know I have not seen their games but I do know when something looks funny and those stats that you guys post on cincinnati.com look funny to me. To put those numbers into perspective a team like HC who is very similar to Brossart has 2 girls hitting over .333.
