What gives in the BGP Fantasy Football League?

I motion that we change interceptions to count negatively against QBs this year. Last year them having no impact was just silly.

If we do that then I can't keep Romo. Haha

I make a motion that we change nothing. I liked that interceptions didn't negatively impact your score.

I could see that as well. Not all interceptions are the QBs fault so why should the fantasy team be punished.

Absolutely.

Cause like in real football, Too many turnovers cost W's

Not all the time. I mean in fine either way but I can see the argument for and against it.

This ain't real football. It's called FANTASY football for a reason.

I think people thought interceptions would count against their opponent and when it didn't they learned of the rule change and now they are salty. The rules are known now. If interceptions count against quarterbacks then drops should count against receivers, fumbles should be counted against everyone whether they recover it or not, blocked punts should count against your defense/special teams and missed XPs and missed FGs should count against kickers starting at -3 or -1. If your kicker misses a 50 yarder...-5.

Already a bunch of BMW about the rules. LOL

How many open slots do we have?

Is AR still playing or at least pretending to play?

I agree. We count ints for the defense but against the QB.

As I said though some aren't on the QB.

And with the defense points. If a team reruns a kickoff for a TD the player gets credit, the team special teams gets credit but to m knowledge I don't think points are taken away from the opposing defense for allowing it. That's dumb IMO.

I thought Godot actually said last year the no deductions for INTs was actually a mistake when setting up the league and wasn't a deliberate rule change.

Maybe we should give points for pancake blocks too since its fantasy. Fat dudes need glory too, right? :D
