Can't think of a better way to spend the winter months then with the people mentioned above, especially the kids who give their all to make our sport great and our NKY area such a special place to live.

Now that the 2012-2013 Hoops season is over, I thought it would be only fitting that a big shoutout of THANKS and CONGRATS was due to all that made this season so much fun to follow. As far as NKY goes thanks and congrats to the following:

1. To all the players and coaches for your hard work and dedication to making your teams as successful as possible.

2. To all the seniors, thanks for leadership that you provided for your teammates and good luck in the future where ever it leads you.

3. Thanks to Mark Wehry, Rich Maile, & Greg Spencer of the CovCath Internet Radio team and Dave Schabel, Dave Trentman, & crew of the Bishop Brossart Internet Radio team. You do an excellent job promoting your schools as well as the opposition, and provide fans of ALL schools a wonderful call of the games.

4. Thanks to Buttels and the crew at Tristateinternetsports.com and the crew at NorthernKentuckySports.com.

5. To our boy Walter, nobody, and I mean NOBODY, did a better weekly Regional Update then you and your video highlights were awesome. Because of your efforts more 9th Region players (besides Holmes :lol2:) will get some notice.

And last but not least.......a big thanks to paNDA, your dedication to the NKY sports community with your picture taking is second to none. :ylsuper:

My apologies if I missed anyone.

I'd say you left out Clyde, who broke down several pieces of video footage for everyone and typically had a straight-forward non-biased (most of the time) opinion on the assessments of the games he saw. Good insight into the games and the officials.

Don't forget my brothers and sisters who blow

fixed it.

Sorry!!! Just Kidding, couldn't resist, it was too easy!!!!!

But seriously it's a tough and underappreciated job and I thank you all for your hard work.
