I'd assume that somewhat contributes to why those games aren't there. UCF has home and homes with South Carolina and Penn State. The Gamecocks play in the Wok this upcoming season, as a matter of fact. Penn State next year. USF ends a 6 year home and home with Miami this fall. Michigan State comes to Tampa in 2015. NC State completes a home and home with USF next year. Florida State was a home and home. I think the only non-conference BCS opponents on USF's schedule since joining the BE, that were not home and home contracts, were Auburn, Florida, and Notre Dame. I can't criticize Jurich for much, I'd give anything to have him running things in Tampa, but I don't understand his inability to get and keep home and homes like those described above.

March 7, 201313 yr Author It just dawned on me. The UofL/USF game will probably be homecoming. I'd rather it be against Miami a month earlier. We'd probably have a better chance at a win and, no offense to the Cards, more alumni would come in for the Canes.

I'm extremely jealous of some of the OOC schedules some of the Big East teams are playing. I wish I knew why Louisville doesn't have/get those games. UC's first two games against Purdue and Illinois are outstanding. I don't know how USF convinced the traditional powers in Florida to play them.

USF Football @USFFootball Dates for 2013 Family Weekend and Homecoming are set, Family Weekend for Miami (Sept. 28) and Homecoming for Louisville (Oct. 26). #USF :irked:
March 14, 201313 yr Ok and where did I say play 5 OOC road games which was exactly what you stated. Seriously, my point as you can see is that I wish they could play a better OOC schedule.
