Actually to show what kind of geek I am I have a program from the Metro Conference tournament at Riverfront Coliseum......Georgia Tech, St. Louis, UC, Louisville, Florida St. South Carolina, etc Got to find that thing!!!!
March 6, 201313 yr By far Louisville has the worst out of conference schedule of any of these teams. USF: Michigan St, Miami, Fla UC: Purdue and Illinois SMU: Texas Tech and Texas A &M Rutgers: Fresno St and Arkansas Temple: Notre Dame UCONN: Michigan and Maryland UCF: Penn State and South Carolina
March 6, 201313 yr ^ I know that Jurich has previously refused to take series that aren't home and home as his very expensive athletic department is dependent on getting plenty of home games. I'd assume that somewhat contributes to why those games aren't there.

Makes sense but several of the games I noted are home games..................Just wish they would play someone from a power conference even if they were not the best team...........

There have been rumors of series before. The one that always gets talked about is that we were supposed to play Georgia each of the last two years and they bought out of the contract. There was word of a series with Vanderbilt several years ago as well. I'd be lying if I said I had any idea of why these kinds of deals get signed and why they don't.
