After three straight losses the Owls travel to Irvine to take on the Engineers Friday in another district showdown. Estill is coming off two straight losses. This should be a dandy. If Estill wins then they will be in the driver seat of the district at 3-0, if Owsley wins then they would be in the driver seat of the district at 3-1. Either way it goes this is gonna be a good game.

I will say that if Estill get's going like they did against Rockcastle County then Estill wins by 5-10 if not then it could go down to the wire with Owsley possibly winning by that much but I don't think it will be a 10 point win either way.

Professor the band may or may not be there tomorrow. They are going to a regional band competition for the weekend and they left this afternoon after school.

My baby going to play at that regional band, I'll be there with bells on. I think estill wins a close one, but Owsley may turn tables in Booneville. (I know game over, but I have no idea of outcome.)

We won't get to hear the train (choo-choo) sound that the Engineers' band plays. It's pretty neat how they do that.

Estill Co. 60-56.

I hope we do but one of the band members was texting my friend yesterday saying that they were going to a regional band competition and would be gone all weekend and that they were leaving sometime after school, now they may have went and played last night, came back and leave again today, I don't know if they can miss school for that.
