Wolfe County @ Powell County December 20th

Featured Replies

After a win over Estill County, The Wolfe County Wolves will travel a little ways down the Mountain Parkway to take on the Powell County Pirates who are coming off a 68-47 win over Berea, Friday night in Stanton.

Wolfe County comes into the game at 4-4 while Powell County is at 3-7.

Wolfe Co. 56-50.

This game used to be a big rivalry between these two Mountain Parkway neighbors. But it's probably lost a little of its intensity since Wolfe County has been removed from Powell County's district and placed in the 55th with the Breathitt County schools. So, it's not a seeded game anymore, but I would suppose a large part of the rivalry is still there.

Since the game is at Powell I will predict them to won 56-54.
