Going into 2012, SK was not expected to be in contention for a District or Regional final. Led by an outstanding group of seniors, they finished 9-4 and lost to Scott County in the Regional Final. SK will return a strong roster of underclassmen, led by Brennan Kuntz at QB, Grant Wassom at WR, Cameron Hansel at T and Mikey Krallman at LB. If there's a weakness heading into 2013, it may be experience on the defensive side of the ball, losing two team captains and team leaders.

 

If Kuntz continues his development under Coach Lucas, the passing game could be fantastic with Wassom.

Kuntz is the best Qb in the nation. He's 6'6" 225 now.

Losing Bowling and Swanson on defense can't help but they have some very solid guys back. King and Marksberry in the middle with Krallman at LB and Wilson in the defensive backfield. Any word on their schedule?

How will they be set for O line? If they can give Kuntz some time he will be fun to watch.

I'd expect to see big Cameron Hansel anchor the offensive line. When SK needed rushing yards, you found them running behind Krallman at FB and Hansel. Cameron can play any position on the line. Grant Vercheak is a natural TE and will help in the running and passing game- he's huge with good feet and hands).

 

By the way, Cam's big brother is a starter at Ball State and has potential to be drafted next year.

I thought SK owed Pulaski a return trip. I would be shocked if BW was still on the schedule. I had understood that Holy Cross was added as part of the cross town shoot out (I believe these pairings are determined by a 3rd party).

Does Simon have a full schedule? And can someone post what it is?
