I think you could make a strong case for Hancock Co, Glasgow and W.Verona.. The problem is, I only see one team in the Top 10 that I don't think belongs and thats Caldwell Co.. They were thumped by Mayfield this week and lost to 2 very average teams in Calloway Co and Trigg Co.. They have 1 quality win vs Murray and they were heading into the 4th qtr down 2 scores in that one.. I'd probably give the nod to Hancock Co over the other 2.. They're 8-2 with there 2 losses coming at the hands of an 8-2 5a team and the #1 2a team and they were competitive in both. They're also the highest scoring 2a team in the state at 44 pts a game and only give up 15 a game.. They don't have a marque win on there resume is there only downfall, although at the time they knocked off Edmonson Co, they were thought to be a pretty solid team..

Looks about right to me. I think the #3 DeSales vs #2 Green County is a upset game of the week if we want to call a #3 beating a #2 an upset. #3 Lexington Christian will give #2 Leslie County all they want also.

I agree with you John. One thing that I will say is the Walton Verona team that play at Lloyd earlier does not exist. New qb who gives them a true run/pass option and two starters back who did not play that night. The offense is light years ahead of where they were at in that game.

I new a new QB started the next game did not know 2 starters were out against Lloyd that night Sarge. I guess I could go with that assumption with WV #10. A couple of weeks will tell. JD
