It has to change. Far too many ties, low scoring games. American fans like offense. Just go to shootout and maybe shorten games to two 15 minute halves to make up the time. Shootouts are exciting and will be good practice. Tradition bows to progress. I doubt we will get offsides eliminated. It might create civil war in some other countries. State just needs to step up and mandate all varsity games end. :thumb:

seems it should be an open net shoot out from farther out or maybe with a moving target in goal to show skill of the offense.....just a random thought to make it more interesting.
