Thanks for the kind words Avid. Actually, I listen to what the coaches say and just try to paraphrase.

 

I've said since Percell has been there he is the best running back on the team as far as natural athleticism and pure running ability goes. But it evades my mind why he didnt get in until the 4th qtr v moeller; as soon as he got in his 1st carry was for 12+ and he broke a couple of tackles and set up the next score.

Why should he have his numbers subtracted when JJ Jude didn't subtract his and he was playing below par competition or Ace didn't playing 3a; what about college when good running backs play fcs schools and rack up yardage? His carries were miniscule in those 2 games compared to the other 3. Can't blame him or discredit him for running hard.

 

I was trying to be nice AT... making the point that vs good teams he does as well as against the lesser teams. I agree that JJ's and Patrick (not doing so hot at Kentucky) Towles numbers are skewed. Neither JJ nor Mr T would have had the same numbers if they played Trinity's schedule. But to get back on point, Mr. Walker is good.
