Ryle took a week off and is now traveling to Columbus to take on Desales. What is going on with Ryle this year? DeSales beat Ryle 42-7 last year. Will Ryle be able to keep up? Which Ryle team will show up? The spread offense team or the power I team? I heard they have had several injuries. Based upon what I saw on TV last week many of their key players did not play. I think that Ryle keeps is close but may fall a little short.

Despite what others think, Ryle has played tough teams this year and Desales is just as tough. I hope that we come out of Columbus healthy and get ready for the district games. This is a good team despite the 1-2 record and yes UnionKY (welcome aboard first post ever) we have had injuries. I think Ryle is trying to get thorugh this part of the schedule and focus on district games.

Ryle is below average this year.

Just because they haven't played a cupcake non-district schedule and racked up the wins doesn't mean they are "below average". Ryle dominated the game against a tough Henry Clay team. Now they don't have a game-breaking player like they did in previous years, but the bulk of this team is the same from last year. They will be a big factor is the NKY 6A district this year.

 

Now for this game, I haven't seen DeSales, but it will be a much better game for the Raiders than their showing last year. I believe this will be a very close game determined by a TD.
