Basketball season for 2012/2013 should provide another exciting year! What should we expect from Heritage Academy? Remember, please be constructive.

Yes, it is the Heritage in Florence. They claim they are going to be playing a varsity schedule this year. Last year, when they did not field a varsity team, they had 3 Seniors playing on the JV team. Dont be surprised if they back out again, just as the season starts.

So does that mean that they have to play District games? Most Varsity schedules are already set. Which district are they in?

33rd district. The last year they had a varsity team, Sidney Moss played for them as a 7th grader.

Didn't they also have Heather (sp) Hasslech? The big post player. That is a tough district for them to be in being a small school. Good luck to them if they have a team this year!

Glad to hear that they will play a varsity schedule this year. Just curious, why did they not play a varsity schedule last year with 3 seniors and plenty of girls playing?

Last year was my first year with the Lady Eagles coach and Now we are a Varsity Team

We have kristin Carr a Guard,Taylor Schwarz a Guard,Mariah Cain a Center,Halle McClintock a Forward,Sara Wiley a center,Cierra Forman a Forward,Isabelle Worley a forward,Maddie Mullins a Center,Hayley Mullins a Center.I only have one Sr.this year this group of Lady Eagles is Very Young.
