St. X's Cooper Musselman shoots 63

Featured Replies

Cooper Musselman shot a 9 under par 63 at Kearney Hill Saturday in The Classic. He shot 28 on the front nine and followed that up with a 35 on the back.

St. X shot 10 under as a team!

Holy cow. So he almost average a birdie on each hold on the front nine? Do golf course keep records for front and back nines or just all 18? If they do, I would have to think he beat the front nine record?

An awesome round! No doubt St. X is the team to beat right now. They've jumped West Jess at this point. St. X and West Jess have combined to win every big tournament in KY this year, clearly the two best teams in the state. I don't see any way those teams aren't first and second in Bowling Green at the State Tournament.

Take that to the bank!!! St X #1 and West Jess # 2.
