This board is predominantly UK fans. A little harder to find a large group of fans for another team, but since you asked.

[TD=class: TopicHeadLeft]re: New Arkansas Uniforms? (Posted on 5/11/12 at 2:38 p.m. to Numberwang)

Don't they understand 9999/10000 Hog fans hate black jerseys? I'd rather us keep who we are and lose than get the perceived recruiting advantage from new jerseys. We are who we are, if you like it, come to Arkansas. If you want stupid black jerseys and Victoria's secret wings crap, go somewhere else.

Arkansas is red and white. "White" team fans always complain. I asked for fans of "black" teams (UofL, South Carolina, etc) complaining about white unis (which they all wear).

I just think its much ado about nothing, and thought it was interesting that only black unis get hated on. I'd understand if traditional unis are a big part of you program (ala Penn St), but Kentucky football doesn't have a uniform tradition, so who cares if they wear black?

Kentucky basketball wore denim, and we all survived that.

Players like it. Recruits like it. And UK needs all the help in both areas that they can get. It's not like they're wearing red.

Black/white/gray... they're all neutral colors and don't really identify a school. They're just used because you can't make uniforms solid blue. So who cares which one UK picks?

As the post above pointed out. White is one of the official colors for Louisville.
