Yes they did.

 

Good win for the Falcons. They were 0-7 against the Wildcats since 1985...no more! The Falcon defense shut FS down tonight. The score was not the way the actual game went, it should have been 28-0. They held them to only 47 total yards in the first half with only 157 for the night. The Falcons have a solid defense but are still working the kinks out on offense. IMO they need to shift some players around to utilize their strengths more. I guess that's why I am not a coach, just my opinion. Wilson and Hodges are just BEASTS for Monroe...look to hear their names floating around all teams that play Monroe.

I wouldn't have said it was in the bag or anything, but I certainly thought Monroe County would win. Franklin-Simpson has talent, but they're extremely young. Also wen through the first coaching transition there in a long, long time.
