Perry Central with a big win against Franklin County at the Frankfort Civic Center in the Kentucky Prep Classic. Franklin County led be 23 at one point in the game and as much as 20 in the second half when the Commodores made their run. Tyler Bailey hit a three at the buzzer in regulation to send the game into overtime. Perry Central dominated the overtime scoring 20 points in the four minute session. Jason Kelly led the Commodores with 28 points and 10 rebounds. Bailey added 26 points and 9 rebounds. This was a big win for a mountain school against a good central kentucky team.

It is good for the 14th region schools to go to the flatlands and represent the region well. Good job PCC.

Great win for Perry Central after defeating one of the top 3 teams in the 14th region the night before in Lee Co. less than 24 hours before. Also Lee County had a big victory over OBI. Lee and Perry could do battle for the rights to go to Rupp this season.

Seemed to be a Great game...

I think you may be right. Those 2 teams are playing good ball right now and let's hope they keep it up. I'd like to see a rematch in the regions.

Perry made an unbelievable run in the second half of this game. Showed that they could come from behind to win with their inexperience. I think Perry is by far the team to beat in the 14th region right now!

They where down by how much... Wow.. what a let down...

I was at this game and the "Dores" were very impressive the second half. Great comeback and a very good win against a solid Franklin Co. team.Go "Dores".
