I did not think the Bush administration 'bailed out' any auto companies. But even so it would not be the take over like the government did with GM and Chrysler.

 

It was big deal with the government loaned Chrysler money years ago. I am sure we remember Lee Iaccoca declaring Chrysler was back after repaying the loans ahead of time.

 

The government actually took ownership of GM and Chrysler during this administration. That step, similar to Hugo Chavez nationalizing oil companies in Venezuela, was unprecedented in the US. At least at that scale.

Look at Obama's early elections. Challenging signatures to force fellow Democrats to drop out of primaries. Very Alinsky.

 

Ridicule as a weapon. Numerous instances. Tea Party takes the brunt of this tactic.

 

Choose a target, isolate it, personalize it. Remember when 2 busloads of SUIE members showed up at a bankers home in Maryland and stood on the houses doorstep with bullhorns - terrorizing a 15 year old who was alone inside. When did politic practices carry mobs onto peoples personal door-step? Especially a non-government person. Alinsky tactic.

I didn't make the claim he was socialist (and then Marxist). YOU did. I'm asking you for proof and so far you've failed.

Well no, I can't prove his "leanings". I can only judge him on the policies he has enacted. Those look pretty centrist. I also can't prove he isn't a Martian. For that matter, how do we know that you aren't a Martian? Can you prove it? Are you now or have you ever been a Martian?

Marvel told me that you judge a person off of his policy and his votes.

I'm far from intelligent on what is truly socialism. Apparently, I'm in the minority because many on here seem to KNOW what it is yet I'm seeing policy that reflects that.

 

Sociailsm is the most prevalent and preferred form of government we see. I think you know what it is.
