I don't think anyone in Region 1 considers Heath the favorite. Graves County is the popular choice, followed by (in no particular order) Marshall County and Paducah Tilghman. Heath, Calloway County and maybe St. Mary (once they get healthy) could have outside shots.

The Marshals were absolutely horrible from the free throw line in this contest. Gillespie benched his starters in the 4th quarter and was madder than a wet hen on his postgame show. Seemed to have worked because they picked up a nice road district win against Calloway last night.
