I just read on another forum board that former Mercy Head Coach Josh Bloomer has been named new Head Coach at Male HS in Louisville.

 

Know it's not NKY, but interesting nonetheless.

Why did Bloomer leave Mercy? Seems Mercy would be the best High School job in Louisville.

Guess not, but sounds like Rob is keeping Milt around which is good for them. I'm rooting for Quillen to have a big year.

Anyone in the St.Henry crowd out here have any idea what in the hell they are doing????? I would think by this point in the year a coach would be named, especially with the need to do scheduling. I would think this would be a nice "gig" for someone???? They have a nice core of players coming back, especially Noelle Butt, and a beautiful on campus facility. So what give here??

Villa just hired Dave Meier, who was most recently softball coach at Notre Dame, and was baseball coach at Villa prior to that, leading the school to a district title and the regional tournament.

Just curious as to why you think it would be? Not saying you are right or wrong, but what is the attractiveness?
