I would stop at Ryle and Connor, then add Boone, St Henry, Dixie and NDA. Then everyone else falls in to that no mans area.

I would be shocked if any other team won the region besides Ryle or Connor. My long shot pick was and has been St Henry.

 

I agree. Exactly what I was saying or meant to say. My long shot is Dixie, but I like St. Henry as well. They have been playing well as of late and have maybe the best all around player in the region in Salzer.

WOW, how about you let us report our own scores??? BGH, you still never stop to amaze us. You seem to always be all over the losses on your rivals, but how about a BGH report when the Lady Stangs take an L?????:idunno:

What does it matter who post the scores as long as the info is right ??? This site is for conversation and thats all it is. I can really tell that alot of people on here dislike BGH or Brossart for some reason not sure why. They have had a nice program for awhile now. ( especially for a school that only has 300 plus students) And it doesnt look like its going to change in the near future either. BGH was the only person giving a full report until Lawnboy started. I actually enjoy reading both NCC & Brossarts summary of the games. Maybe you should try doing it and other people wont have to post your scores. JMO

I agree I would like to see the write up win or lose but thats his choice. I agree I wish more people took the time like BGH & Lawnboy to give us a full report. Its also nice reading about the local players. You barely find anything in the papers ! So in other words we kinda agree !

Porky, you couldnt have said it any better. I have NO ill feelings towards the girls program at Brossart or the HEAD coach. Tom is doing a great job and lets admit it, he has been coaching that team for many years. The statement I was trying to make is that you have to report the good with the bad.

 

As for the statement that many dont have a high opinion of BGH, well has he not brought that upon himself? I feel many would may not have such a feeling if he would just tell the good with the bad from his own camp, avoid stirring the the pot with others, turn in the true stats from games and admit he encouraged a pitcher from a school I am involved with to attend Brossart after spending her educational life as a public school student and had pitched some varsity for last season for a neighboring school.

 

To summarize, no problem with Coach Baynum or his team. I just question the ethics of his assistant coach??

Gents, thanks for the kind words. All I can say is that I enjoy giving the reports because these young ladies are for the most part ignored by the media.
