Scott takes the win over CovCath 9-7. They play the winner of Simon Kenton/Ryle tomorrow at 7 at Dixie.

Ryle beats Simon Kenton 5-4 in bottom of 7th. Ryle runner at 2B attempts steal of 3B, ball thrown into LF, and runner scores.

Ryle vs. Scott in championship game tomorrow night.

Ryle up early on the Eagles 3-0 in the top half of the 3rd. 3 errors by Scott early have lead to 2 unearned runs.

The Raiders are threatening again this inning.

A wild pitch now makes the score 5-0 in favor of the raiders but Scott finally ends the inning right after.

Despite solid play up to this point, Scott just hasn't had much focus and the numerous errors are the result.

Scott finally gets their first hit of the ball game but it comes with 2 out.

Through 3 innings, Ryle leads Scott 5-0.

Ryle has 5 runs on 4 hits with no errors.

Scott has 0 runs on 1 hit with 4 errors.

Ryle gets their 6th run on a early steal by the runner on first during a first and third situation. Scott had the runner on third dead to rights but missed the tag and then made a bad throw to the pitcher who covered the plate as the catcher chased the runner.

A questionable call by the umpire leads to Ryle's 6th run. Scott gets a runner in a pickle between third and home but the umpire rules the runner safe as the catcher tried to apply the tag. It appeared he may have ran out of the baseline as he tried to avoid the catcher's tag and went on to score.

Did it look like he was out of the baseline as he tried to avoid the tag? It looked questionable to me as I have solid view down third baseline.

From my angle in the press box the runner did not appear to be out of the baseline. Very close though.

It was close for sure. Given the score of the game though it won't matter too much unless Scott does something.
