Final from the South Laurel tournament. Jenalee Ginn pitches a 2 hitter. Walton did not play well but a win is a win. Congrats to the Lady Cats.

Did they not play well or not hit well. To give up 2 hits and no runs doesn't seem to bad.

When Dixie played Ludlow it was 2 to 1. Walton was supposed to be a stud team right? Sounds like they can be beat by just about anyone on a given day.

There hasn't been a stud team in NKY since K. Allen left Ryle and they were mainly a stud team bc of her. Walton right now is easily one of the best teams in NKY but I am sure on any given day they can be beat by at least half of the top 10

I totally agree, there is not a team out there right now that can't be beat. Should be a fun season

Will we ever see another Kirsten Allen? I had the chance to watch her against my daughter for four years. It wasn't pretty for the opposition.

Not sure, maybe. Would love to see what kind of career she would have had if she had went to another school. She's been behind one of the top 5 pitchers in the world the last 3 years. Still has to be pretty cool to go to a school like OU.

Walton strands 11 runners. Teams go through rough patches but the good ones find a way to win. I never felt this one in doubt. Saying I believe Dixie is going to have a good team the next few years.

Right on Sarge. No team plays there A game every night but the good teams always find a way to win when they dont .
