Id say hes got 4 more years then retirement is a real possibility. His Grandson will be a freshman next year, I'm sure he wants to see him through his senior year. He brought in Clint Bell this year to be an asst, and IMO the next Head Coach at Conner when Wayne Does hang it up. Good choice IMO.

He is a very nice man. I just spoke to him at the Conner/Cooper game a couple of weeks ago and he hasn't changed a bit. He was my drivers education teacher in the 80's and he still remembers the stories.

Very impressive career for Coach Badida.. I've know him for years, I didn't realize he was the only coach that Conner has ever had, that's amazing. He has turned out some great individual wrestlers, as well as teams.
