    They still exist... But, to be clear, scrimmaging at camps was NEVER allowed by the rules, as long as scrimmages have been limited. Teams often used camps to try to get around the rules, but it was always shady. Thus, some of the punishments we have seen doled out over the last couple of years.

    Good breakdown, but I would add that WanDale Robinson from Western Hills might be the best player in the state.

    Limitations on scrimmages haven't really changed much in the last 20 years (with the exception of Week 0)... There was never supposed to be more than 2. Maybe the perception is that the KHSAA is enforcing it more stringently? I have to say that, although some rules as far as time and things don't make sense, I think having shells once a day and full gear once a day is plenty. Also, the contact rules are common sense.
