Lets hope it stays that way...

HHS doesn't "clock" their players...but Cecil, Hurtt, Conner, Crawford, Collinsworth all look plenty fast! Not many can catch 'em when they get loose!
What positions are they? And is that any relation to the former Bengal Chris Collinsworth?

Buddy Lunsford did practice today. He looked much better in my opinion. Did sit out a few plays to stretch, but other than that it looks like he's back. :thumb: Good news for Panther fans!
Thats good news!

Harold is a GREAT man and would do anything for anyone. Thats why he has so many hunting buddies. He owns a prospering carpet company in Alexandria which allows him to travel everywhere to hunt. He is so repsected in hunting he has been on television and even is asked from time to time to include his trips in hunting mags. Hunt long enough and you will befriend Harold... he has a way of attracting our kind.

Ludlow has 3 post players that could go just about anywhere and start. Ashley Daughtery, Julie Hardin, and Caitlin Ottaway will all play great for Ludlow this year. None will put up NKY leader numbers simply because at some point 1 of them are on the bench.
-
Josh Montooth of Ludlow runs in the 4.4 or 4.5 area. He mainly just returns kicks though. Coach Borchers would love to get him on the field for O and D.

Any details on Lundsfords avsilsbility in practice today Viper? TB&G everyone still healthy down in Trimble?

we host a tournament in Ludlow every year. The Rockets won it all in '06. They're like little professionals.

Trying to get a feel for some of the faster players in NKY. Post your teams fastest players along with size and position.

What does Bellevue have talent wise this year?
-
Im going with duece at 10 loses. The natural ability of the young players will win alot of games, but the inexperience will lose big pressure games...

its news to me also... is this all you heard?

What is Bellevues schedule this year? scrimmages included....

Cundiff from NCC has over 1000 pts in her first 3 seasons... needs some work on her footwork though tends to travel alot
Seems like i've heard this name forever.

I think the answer to this riddle is who has the most depth, I hear of great lbackers at dixie, if they have no depth they are one injury away from mediocracy, how are there dbs and line if I remember correctly, fair. Gotta give Highlands the nod here, they have always been prepared to have someone step up. On the 1a side a one horse race, Beechwood. Mainello gave big Zach at Newcath more than he could handle last year. destroyed Dayton with 2 fumble recoveries and and interception for a td Moorehead and Bankamper at lbackers will ring a few bells, line has size and speed.
B-Wood got tons of love on the offensive side too. Maybe if i start a special teams thread i'll get away from them. lol. They return a TON!!! and will pretty much beat on offenses all year.

I just made a call to some Dayton people I know. They confirmed that Dayton plays Holmes at Dayton this year for game one of the regular season. That should be a interesting match up. I hope coach Lickert didn't set the schedule before he left. They said the coach's name is Zach but didn't know his last name.
Thanks for the details.

Everyone getting pretty excited down in Tremble?
-
We often hunt with a family friend from Alexandria who seems to know everyone in hunting and has been everywhere... literally. His name is Harold Pherman. I was wondering if this rang any bells?

Whose at the helm for the Greendevils now?
-
Something new to consider is where each game falls on each teams schedule this year as oppossed to previous years.
For example, if say Ludlow got Dayton right after playing Beechwood and NewCath it was a big disadvantage if Dayton had an open date and Bracken County the two weeks before. Now with the new district weeks it should make for even better competition.
Never thought of that. Good thinking all play.

We have a natural marsh that beavers help to maintain, we are able to divert water via a culvert into the outlying 30 acres more or less depending upon the level of the marsh and rain water we begin trapping as soon as the crops are out. We leave some of the crop in front of our blind and also hunt on the levee that holds back the Marsh and if they want in the timber we go into the marsh
Sounds AMAZING!!!!:thumb: :ylsuper:

Alright good! I thought I had remembered him playing mainly catcher in the past at Boone until this year then heard about it at Midland. Just making sure there wasn't a knee problem or something involved since he has such a promising future.
-
Hopefully they let him rest up so he can be 100% he's going to be depended on with that relentless passing game Trimble will have. You also hope he has time to get into good shape. It'd be terrible to have your best DB cramping on the sideline in a close games 4th quarter.

Ludlow had an intrasquad scrimmage last night. I hear some things looked pretty shaky. That is to be expected in a first game situation though.
