  1. Happened last night in the Anderson - Oldham game. Referees stopped play and told the band director to cool it. Band was pretty rude after the game also, walking by the Anderson team and playing their drums. Anderson was having their team prayer at the time.
  2. Anderson wins district by beating Oldham at their place 35-31. Jacob Russell and Kendrick Harvey have great games with Jacob making the game saving interception with 2 minutes to go in the game. Anderson County is back!!! Congrats to all the players, coaches and fans who have gone through some tough years to get to this point. Go Cats!!:dancingpa:
  3. Anyone hear how the QB camp went last week at Lexington Catholic? Any standouts?
  4. Coleen Fitzpatrick and Courtney Turpin are pitching strong for a good Anderson County squad.
  5. Yes, he plays like that sometimes and Anderson struggles when he does. Penny has alot of talent and the best thing is he's only a sophmore. If he develops his outside game and plays 100% all the time, look out.
  6. Penny scored his points in the fourth quarter. I think he had 13. They shut him down pretty good. Good free throw shooting in the fourth quarter won it for Anderson. Jacob Russell came thru for the second game in a row going 6 for 6 from the line at the end of the game. He is an outstanding young player.
