We never could beat West. But we beat Morgan and Rowan. That was when the Webbs played for West. They were a really good team. But in 97 I believe we beat all three.

I played at Elliott County in the mid-90s and the East Carter was not our biggest game of the season. The West Carter, Rowan County, and Morgan County games were more important during that time for us.

I didn't call you stupid. If you think I did, then you need to know who I am. I'm not relentless. I love this team and you need to wake up. It's all good, but if you think Elliott isn't good, then OH well. You may need to realize what good basketball is.

Blah, blah, blah, What? I would make an intelligent comment, but this comment was no where deserving of an intelligent comment. If you want another reason, then you need to find one. You don't coach Elliott, good thing. I for one am very glad.

He can. The bottom line is that the guy that talks about this hasn't spent 27 years coaching a school and may not deserve to question a legend in the state. Everyone can question all they want. But, again the bottom line is that Coach Mays has paid his dues and no one posting on this site will ever come close to doing the same. Good luck to all teams. I'm for Elliott no matter what.
