Ram's thoughts:
Raceland is not playing like they have the last three weeks. They are potent when they want to be, but first and second down is more like going through the motions. This is in part the players and in part the play calling. Raceland can pass on KCD at will, but insists on running in A gap on first and second down. KCD scouted last week's game and knows that is all they did last week and has developed a game plan to stop it. But, if Raceland does, basically, anything else, they are successful against KCD. Raceland is not rushing their 1,000 rusher, Wallace, they are rushing Browning. When Lundy drops back, he has three open receivers to choose from. Raceland is way more physical than KCD.
KCD has not threatened on offense, but their front 7 has made it difficulty to run against. They are build to stop the run and have done a great job of doing that. While passing, Harris has to roll out due to pocket collapse and is mostly throwing on the run and is inaccurate in doing so. The KCD secondary is either not fast enough or used to defending receivers down field. Raceland has open receivers on every drop back.
Seems to be a clean game so far and both sides are playing hard and seem to respect each other.
