I'm not from Northern Ky and I don't know how their public school system works. If I were a student living within the city limits of Covington, what would my options be? Are you forced to go to a certain school based on address?

Does anyone know how many of the six 7th region teams listed above participated in the LIT this year?

You both have 6 teams from the 7th region! I'm not disagreeing, it just goes to show the 7th region tournament should be an unbelievable show this year.

So... I'm at work and it's somewhat slow and I'm bored. Let's say instead of a regional tournament and draw there is a selection committee that chooses 16 teams throughout the state and seeds them. Who ya got and where do you put them?

I think it does. I'm sure Scott Co. remembers who has put an end to their last two seasons. I wouldn't be surprised to see them win, only for Lex Cath to win knock them off in the real game in 3 weeks ( assuming Catholic can make it out of the tough 43rd district).

I agree that they are the favorite in the 43rd, they just can't afford to have an "off" night. I think if they do, it's possible they will be sitting at home during the region. I bet the others, excluding Dunbar may wish they had played Catholic for seeding purposes.

They could just as easily not make it to the region as they could 3-peat. There is a scenario where they will have to beat two of these three, ( Tates Creek, Lafayette, LCA) just to make it to the regional tournament.

Hope Robbie recovers soon, he appeared to be the only Card ready to play. Peurach was the most impressive Knight to me, he gave Zollo fits.
