Like eveybody has said and reaqlized on this forum these two teams might be one of the bigger rivalries in the region if not the biggest. I attended both games each being very and i mean very close. IMO Clark doesnt get satisfied with already being in the region tourney and pull out all the stops winning by 6+. Good luck to the CARDS TONIGHT!!!!!

With all of this talk of the teams honestly it sounds like the region might be pretty even with a lot of great teams . Does anyone think that the 10th could be represented at applbees in the final game. (Although I do realiz this is pre-season anda long way away but....) Could this year finally be the 10ths year to get back to the big dance?

Right and i wasnt tryin do down you or your team either. Harrisson as usual took care of not only campbell and brossart but just about everyone else in the region as well, Clark played Campbell and brossart in a double header at Campbell and won both games most other teams only won one out of the two against these opponents. But Scott from what ive heard will be a contender in the 10th for a top 3 or 4 spot and Im really lookin forward to seein what will happen during the season.

Easy there bigstick its hard to put a team anywhere in the 10th region especially in the top 3 or 4. I know at least 2 or three teams that also beat brossart and campbell and had a winning record as well.

I appologize for all the talk about bennett someone has obviously found out my password to beef him up not that hes not a good pitcher because he is but once again my appologies for propaganda.

Anybody know anything about Bennett from Clark? Heard hes supposed to be dominant this year!

What about Bennett from Clark. Went 6-1 last year. Beat Boyd county who went to the Final Four last year. 116 K's. 2.3 ERA. Only loss was to Henry Clay and the field behind him had 6 errors that game. I heard hes been recruited by 2 maybe three colleges.

Chris Lofton was and still is unreal. The Cats were stupid for not picking him up. Tubby missed out big time. Not big enough he said. If he drops 20 a game in college at UT than just think what he could have done for a good team. I tried to gaurd the guy. He drained shot after shot over me from 2, 5, 10 feet behind the line like they were 3 foot jumpers. Chris Lofton is the best 10th region player ever and there may never be another that will even come close.

Oh and by the way the might have one of the best coaches in the State. Larry Alliso0n knows his stuff. Just three years ago he led his team to back to back regional championships. A good roster and a great coach make a recipe for sucess.

CLark county looks to be way underated this year with a 5 year starting pitcher returning along with 6 other seniors. Clark only lost one starting player last year and that was a pitcher, meaning all starters will be back for the cards.

Well when the team went back to Winchester and watched the replay of the touchdown pass that ended the game, the kids feet were both out of bounds. Also in that same drive Dunbar had a 4th and 4 when Grc stops them with 30 seconds to go and the referee throws a late flag for an inadvertant facemask in a pile up against GRC. It was a great game all around but the cards definitely deserved a better fate

the 40th seeded last year with their 3 teams of Estill Montgomery and Clark. Clark had the district sealed when they beat Montgomery twice on two consecutive days which gave them an automatic bye into the region regardless of how they played in the district. IMO seeding the districts are a good idea esspecially with more teams coming in.

I havent seen a harrison co. pitcher throw with redicoulous speed for quite a while. But if oyu wanna learn to paint the black these guys are the ones to learn from. i would have to say that these guys are among the best in the state, pitching wise at picking a spot and hitting it.

Does anyone know how the 10th will be set up this year with all the new district and region changes with teams coming and going the only ones that ive heard is estill leaving the region and scott is coming in .

Clark Co. will be back with all starters minus a CF and Josh Barnes their starting pitcher who will join most other pitching standouts in the 10th at morehead . Look for the cards to make a lot of noise with 7 returning seniors leading the way.

Who will be some of the top teams next year in the 10th with a few teams leaving and some coming in?

Clark County should be tough again next year only losing 3 seniors, 2 of wich were starters. Clark's ace Josh Barnes was one of them.
