    I agree on the comment about the SL defense.....something has to change. They can not stop the run and the 3-5 D is not working. South Laurel started off with good offensive drives against Lincoln but the poor defensive performance just took the wind out of their sails and the whole team just gave up.

    I agree, this will be a tough game for the cards.....as far as the linemen they have 4 seniors and 1 junior playing so I would say that the experience is there. I have noticed that young Rick is holding the ball way to long and needs to make some quicker decisions. You can expect 4 to 5 seconds before the pocket closes in on him, he also needs to understand to stay in the pocket before he scrambles. Hopefully he will learn and get better as the year progresses. My prediction is south loses a close one.
