I think Brandon Berger and Greg are the top 2 best players to ever come out of Beechwood! I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure Brandon is the only Beechwood player to ever play In MLB or any other Pro sports!

I think Greg told me he has 11 or 13 rings as a player and coach! I don’t remember! I forget a lot of things these days! ???

I agree to a certain point. I will say this though having coaches who coached in the big game and winning it is a factor in my opinion. I think most of Beechwood’s coaches have been around for a lot of their state title runs. They know what it takes to win it. I know Jay hasn’t won it as a head coach but he was the DC at Cincy Lasalle when they won back to back state titles. Does OC have any coaches who won it has a coach? Did OC’s head coach play at Hancock County in the late 90’s?

Each to Their own but I would be shocked if Beechwood doesn’t score more than 21 points! They have way way too many weapons!

OC has been 1 all year. They will be the favorites.

I never did say they weren’t good or athletic. Actually I have been hearing all year long OC can’t be beat! They will be the favorites no doubt! Beechwood’s rich tradition or their past 17 state titles won’t mean a thing in this game!

I think people are trying to say that they honk Beechwood has better players all around. I have seen OCaths scores this year. They score a lot of points. Friday will be a gear game!

I agree our radio guys were talking about he panicked on that fake punt early in the 1st qtr.

Look at all of the good teams and players he has had! Point blank he chokes in big games! He ran that fake punt in his own territory last night in the 1st qtr when the score was 0-0. That changed the whole game! After that the Tigers just dominated the whole game!

He has no state titles with the players he has had! I didn’t think Beechwood had a chance against them in 2020!
