I think he meant he was even more impressed with how tough Mason played Rockcastle last week considering that Rockcastle put it all over Ashland.

Congrats to the Rockets, and good luck next week. Sounds like you have a great ballteam. Congrats to the Tomcats on a great season. I really hate to see the Tomcat careers of Ian Holbrook, Angel Gurule and all the other Seniors come to an end. You guys have a lot to be proud of. You will look back fondly on your Tomcat days for years to come. Thanks guys for all the memories. :thumb:

For a month after the TCats loss to Russell it was mentioned by them in the paper as how disappointed they were. Very interesting.
I think most teams are disappointed after any loss, but a loss to one of the top teams in AA year in and year is certainly going to be a disappointment. There is no doubt that Ashland wants to win that game every year.

It is common courtesy to allow a team time to warmup if there is a valid reason a team shows up late.
BTW Two of Ashland's coaches are who I considered to be good friends. Sent them good luck messages today.
Lighten up LRCW. It is the Tomcat Nation's arrogance that I do have a tough time swallowing.
There wasn't a valid reason in my opinion. They simply didn't leave in enough time. Would it have been fair to Ashland, to sit and wait 30-40 minutes after going thru warmups already? Yes you are correct that there are a lot of Tomcat fans that are arrogant, but every school/team has them. It's not just Ashland.

Rockcastle knew what time the game was. The real question is will Rockcastle get to the stadium in plenty of enough time. Nice try there Cubster. Go stir another pot.
