  1. 0-2 against Holmes the last two years, both losses at his home court. 40% of Holmes wins the past two seasons have come against teams led by him. Not sure why everyone is so convinced this was the best hire when he couldn’t win games against the two least talented teams in Holmes history. Feels like this hire was rushed to appease to community rather than made because a long, deliberate search took place.
  2. They wore them multiple games last year if I’m not mistaken.
  3. Browning had already accepted the job at Conner well before interviews occurred at GC. That’s not who the second person was. Robinson was the other though.
  4. And likely the athletes. Also, simply more to do in Lexington than Dry Ridge. Though I think GC is actually an underrated job in the 8th Region.
  5. One was an assistant coach from a district rival. The other I don’t know as many specifics about, but I was told he was an assistant with a couple successful HS programs across the state.
  6. Just seems like such an odd hire. Why go with the guy who has very little real experience over the other candidates that had very successful stints with other programs. I know he’s a former player for Grant but is this what this program needs right now?
  7. Didn't really even know Coach Stockton was actually in the business of coaching. Certainly a splash hire here that should instantly increase the fun in that District.
