Having watched the staff prior to Jamie Brown at North and then the transition to Coach Brown, it was a huge difference. Coach Brown brought in a large staff, rallied the parents, created much needed structure and generated enthusiasm with the community/players and completely changed the face of the program in just two seasons. Talk to Coach Roberts at North and he will tell you that Jamie Brown laid the critical foundation for his current success there. I spoke with several players, parents and administrators who played for Coach Brown and they were devastated when he stepped down. Coach Brown is more than a good football Coach, he is a phenomenal Coach and leader who leads by example.

Interesting list of names. Several deserving candidates. It takes guts to get into the arena for sure.
