Johnny Lind is a stud Kivan Miller will be a stud , Aylor contributes big at Beechwood (hurt a bit of last season) these are mostly young guys that will be contributors as well. There’s a lot more upperclassman across the region as well.

Barbour just left Conner to go to Beechwood as well.

I don’t think the schools that Conner is loosing all there kids to will see this dramatic drop off but with time could possibly level the playing field. More than anything I think Conner has the opportunity to be very good. There’s roughly 7-10 players in Ft. Mitchell right now who I hate saying “should” but were in line to go to Conner. I know of two in Ft. Thomas and quite a few at Cooper and in Park Hills . I think we see a major decrease in that ! By no means do I see any of those teams I mentioned still not being the powerhouses they currently are though.

Conners biggest issue has been keeping kids in house over the years. Across the NKY landscape I know of at least 10-15 very good players that were once in the Bandit feeder program but that are now at the top 3-5 programs. I think that all changes now and Rash changes things big time as well affects some other programs who are use to getting those kids as opposed to Conner like they should.

I believe that puts the birds with 6 players holding Division 1 offers and a few holding d2 and lower. It has been a good off-season.

Bryce Armstrong, Quinton Simon and Charlie Holland. They’re all 3 very good ! Armstrong and Simon are another level good , Nick Stojkovic and Caleb Adkins are freaks as well (Nick is about 6’1 220 MLB/TE ). Should be a very special group.

I get it ! It’s everywhere though , Jordan Franks over at Beechwood is the receivers coach and does the same thing. He works with several local Quarterbacks and receivers from outside of the school and uses Beechwood’s field.

Matt has been training quarterbacks since he was in college before he started coaching . He’s worked with quarterbacks from nearly every school in the area and he uses several other high school facilities not just Highlands, pretty much anywhere there’s an open field. These kids are working and trying to get better on their own time(including Cash trying to get better for Cov Cath) and people like you try to hold them back.

The two weakest parts of the front!! The two new starters will be better and bigger between the two, just wait and see. Russell Ali and Andrew Swope had monster off-seasons and developed a lot last year.

Yea I agree that both are a loss, but out of all of the returning lineman the two who quit were in serious jeopardy of losing their starting position. The kid who transferred his dad believes his son will get more D1 opportunities in Ohio (whether that’s true or not , idk) but he was playing right next to a Louisville commit (Not many 6ft tackles in D1 football). The kid who quit had absolutely nothing to do with that.
