I would be stunned if Lewis got it, his Trigg teams were always real underachievers.
Was Smith formerly at Paducah Tilghman, if I'm thinking right, he did well for couple seasons there and turned them around a lot.

Need to hire a coach as soon as possible, he'll be coming with new offense, defense, philosophy.
-
If you told me before the game that either team would hold the other to team to the final score I would have told you who wins.
-
foot, been in a boot off and own for well over a month.
-
Emotional game as McCracken came back from 5 points down with just couple minutes to play, gotta celebrate when you can.
-
Very much closer than the final score as Graves had a lead going into the 4th quarter as they were shooting 85% from 3 with at 9 or 10 made.

Yes it happened after both teams scored a basket with the girls ball McCracken County told the referees something is wrong? Took about 2-3 minutes to go find a Boy's Basketball in the building as they evidently can't use a Mayfield or McCracken ball.

Big surprise, sure thought it would be a close game. It appears Paducah Tilghman only gets up to play for McCracken County some of the time.

Finally beat Marshall County, it was a good game. Should win the region for the 1st time.

I think they hire from with in.
-
I think they will promote someone from with in the program now,

Can't recall his name but my son said that there is a player on Lyon county's team that has a very good shot at breaking King Kelly Coleman's all-time scoring record.

Then you do not know the whole story.
CoachHB, what is the story are actual numbers. I admit I don't know the whole story evidently.

Yep, Hayden didn't score 70 this time, 5 or 7 don't remember for sure.

Would rather have 25 with 7-8 studs lol. They gotta get those numbers up.
Don't know for sure but I doubt that 20-40 players left for Paducah Tilghman. More like 6-8 which may have been some potential starters at then and now.

Next up most likely will be Paducah Tilghman for Murray.

Hot take, I’m just not sure McCracken is super attractive job right now. PT has all the momentum in the city. Have not necessarily dominated their district and will soon have to deal with hoptown\ Christian. Not much hope for deep playoff runs either.
the positives are you have nice facilities/ resources and pretty good support. I do think some around McCracken have unrealistic expectations at times.
Right on Bud_Kilmer, consolidations with lots of students does not give you automatic big time athletes. You get what you get in public school populations. If all the best players at Paducah Tilghman came to McCracken they would be a force, and vice versa. Not gonna happen but does on an occasion.

Reference Jack Haskins hid health would keep him from even considering the McCracken job..

As long as Paducah Tillghman has a strong program McCracken will not be dominant every year. They can be a good program but not dominant much like Graves County being in the shadows of Mayfield.
You are right to a point, but McCracken just has to find the right coach that can get all the talent walking the halls at MCHS to play football.

Must have a deal for the consolidation coaching job to take this one.

Does the Barge man have that much power?
Parents come and go, when their child is no longer in a program their support wanes.

McCracken sure got a good draw in the Regional or so it appears, as Murray and Tilghman are in the same bracket.

How about Billy Jack Haskins. Jonathan Smith is there.
