Last year was an exception. Had a pretty solid class. This year has solid players. The problem is not playing talent. He plays the elders even though they dont deserve to play. Constant mistakes from them because there is zero accountability from the OC. Splits, wrong routes, bad snaps, coaching the center holding the ball wrong, wrong wrong play calls mostly. 3rd and forever and run the ball on opposing end zone. QB keep because were out of ideas..Running plays with QB rolling out against their throwing arm, on short side of the field...running routes for the long ball. Not the short crisp routes to gain momentum. Just needs to go. His offense has forever been transparent for too long.

The coaching staff as a whole needs replace with the exception of Woolf period. Campbell has been mediocre to less favorable forever. Need young aggressive minds that can see and know how to use the talent wisely.
