This game could well be a barn-burner!! Both teams are capable of breaking for long runs & both teams are very well coached. I think it's going to be a close one. The Colts really need to cut down on mistakes and penalties & play good defense against a solid stable of running backs (and the QB is a very good runner too). With the top seed in the playoffs at stake, you can be sure that both teams will be fired up for this one. Both teams have big beefy linemen so control of the line of scrimmage will be crucial. I still believe in the Colts, but this is going to be a tough one!!

I'm not very good with Twitter, but someone posted these pictures that appear to show that the receiver did not have control of the football. Apparently, he regained possession after the ball bounced on the turf. It was a heart-breaker for CAL, but I don't think the Referees were biased as some have said on Twitter. These guys try their best to make the best call as they see it. He was in good position to see the play & he didn't hesitate to make the call. It was a tough ball game. Nasty weather, with rain and gusting winds. I'm sure both teams will say "what if" a lot this week, but the truth of the matter is that both teams have some really talented players, & both still have Mercer to worry about. Mercer is very good also!! Somebody is going to have their heart broken in the playoffs.
