Early season rust so far. 3 starters shooting 38 39 and 40%. Not easy to replace Sean McNeil. Also takes a while to adjust to being "the man" for Kunkel. They'll get there. Conner seems to be two years away.

Beechwood doesn't have a history of success in girls sports. Cross County can be pretty good. Basketball is rarely strong. Softball the same. Swimming has some success. Volleyball has had a few good stretches. If a girl in Ft Mitchell wants a strong athletic option they often go to Notre Dame.

Besides St Henry beating Conner head-to-head they also beat Ludlow by 30 and Conner beat them by 20. I'd say for this week St Henry should get the nod if we're saying how they are and have fared thus far.

Can Conner score 40? Cooper big and easy.

This play was far more egregious than the hit on Burfict last night or the hit on Brown in the end zone. 4 inches lower and Smith's hit was legal. No way Gronkowski should get the same or less as Smith or Iloka.

Does it matter if the sending school contests it? I was told that doesn't matter any more. I never did understand how Martin was allowed to play.
