Concerned about Pikeville's depth against a team that runs like Clark can. Panthers only played one off the bench vs. North Laurel. Pikeville has the 10th best defense in the state, allowing 50.5 ppg. against a "soft" schedule - mostly EKY teams (not withstanding 4 wins at the KY All "A" Classic). Pre S16, the best team the Panthers played, according to the Massey Ratings was #11 Bowling Green at the Ashland Invite - a 61-62 loss. But it's March in the Bluegrass, I predicted they'd lose to North Laurel, and I'm just an owl. Hope springs eternal. Hail Pikeville!
