I have seen countless travel coaches and some high school coaches wearing hats at their basketball games? Do you think high schools should have a coaching dress code for all of their staff? I have seen jeans, hoodies, sweatpants and hats? What are your thoughts

An interesting, but unconfirmed twist to this job posting. Rumors are going around that the principal (Hendricks) is leaving, but she is the one doing interviews for the job. The job for principal was posted today on the KDE site for principal at Nelson County High School. Can anyone confirm, what is going on?

Interviews already started on Monday, I think today might be the last day.

Hearing this job will include parents on the interviewing committee (the same parents that wanted one of the assistant coaches to take over), unsure if they do that for teaching jobs as well. Do parents get to influence teaching hires? Sounds like a lock for the assistant that they wanted. Probably going to board in a couple of weeks.

Don't expect this job to fill until early to Mid-May.

Almost every A.D. has someone in mind to replace most coaching positions.
