I know that Trinity has the one defender signed/committed to Louisville as well as freshman Jack Fischer but who are some players to look for from St X? Every time I have seen them play there is no real stand out just a solid team who plays outstanding together.

( Already posted in the other St X/Trinity thread) Ive seen both several times. I would have to go with St. X. They are more physical and in this game that will be huge. It will be close but St. X at home in a rivalry game will be too much. St X 3 Trinity 1.

Sir! Completely agree with your comment. The coaches know who can play and not without going to see a high school game. If the player is good enough the coach wants to make sure he knows the school is interested.

Warbeagle... This was a question that I had. Why would Collegiate even bother playing one game in the Bulldog cup ? They had to know when the all A tourney was going to be played. Anyone know?

Collegiate is one of the two better teams I have seen this season. The other being St X. Both have and can be beaten on any night. St X is the better all around team. Abdikadir is the best player on the ball I have seen but at times does too much. Which seems to be the case for many players.

Collegiate is an all around great team. Number 5 for Collegiate had three goals in the first half. He will be going D1. Ballard did not look anything like they have this season. No effort.

The only team I am unfamiliar with is Collins. Anyone know anything about them?

With Collegiate, Ballard, Trinity, North and South Oldham, CAL, Male, and Collins all playing in this years Male Bulldog Cup it will be interesting to see who makes it through this unbeaten. Any predictions on the outcome of this tournament?

How does Manual not pass St. X? They also tied Trinity. Confused.

The game was tied 0-0 at the half. Trinity went up 1 half way through the 2nd half. Then put another one away with about a minute left in the game. Trinity has a freshman, #18 Jack Fischer, who was hands down the best player on the field the entire game. Trinity's future looks good with him there another three years.

Trinity, Ballard, Collegiate, CAL, Male, North and South Oldham, and Collins will all be playing in Male's Bulldog Cup next week. There will be several good matchups.

Number 1 St X falls to Manual. Manual stays unbeaten.

The score could/should have been a lot different. But, because of the great play from Gallagher, the score was closer. Ballard had 12 shots, 6 on goal, in the 2nd half but KCDs keeper played outstanding. KCD also beat Oldham county earlier this season. Not a bad group just a large drop off after their 3-4 best players to the rest.

Ballard wins at home verse KCD. KCDs senior goalie Cole Gallagher is the best goalie I have seen thus far in the state.

Some of the stats on these list are insane. To think someone scored 68 goals in one season is absurd. Eleven goals in one game is crazy too. 90 assists in one season? How many games are you allowed to play in one season ?

if you read the website you will see their breakdown of how they rank the teams. I agree maher seems to be a little closer to the truth but its nice to see another list to compare things.

yellowcard.. I agree I don't understand how after a 1-1 draw with trinity and a couple other results in their favor they could not be ranked in the top 25. I just thought I would put this ranking out there to compare with the maher.

I completely agree with what you are saying gameplayedright and im just using the cov cath/ballard as an example. and I don't believe ballard should be above cov cath. just the fact they played each other and neither team changed positions.

the only part about the updated rankings that makes since is st x moving to number one. how does cov cath stay where they were if they lost to team way further down then them?
