Ballard wins at home verse KCD.

KCDs senior goalie Cole Gallagher is the best goalie I have seen thus far in the state.

Actually expected this to be a higher margin. I was not impressed with KCD when they played CCH earlier in the year and figured Ballard would blow them out.

The score could/should have been a lot different. But, because of the great play from Gallagher, the score was closer. Ballard had 12 shots, 6 on goal, in the 2nd half but KCDs keeper played outstanding. KCD also beat Oldham county earlier this season. Not a bad group just a large drop off after their 3-4 best players to the rest.

Cole is a very good goalie, been a fan for several years.

I agree with GP, would have expected a larger margin of victory in this one. Knowing how well Cole can play, I would guess that he was instrumental in keeping the score line respectful. I saw KCD play Cov Cath earlier this season and the Colonels could have easily had a few more goals in that one if it wasn't for some really nice saves.
