I've been accused of having rose colored glasses earlier in the year, but actually my glasses are clear. This program is in disarray. All you have to do is watch the kids on the sideline during games playing video games on their phones. Pathetic is what it is.

It's a coach that didn't apply last time. I don't think it's the splash hire that people in the community wanted but it's montgomery county.

Looks like another county will be looking for a new coach after this Friday. I guess we have a new coach also.

Looks like they started interviews last night. It's being kept pretty quiet. Hope they get a coach this time. Lesson here is, have money and push your agenda. Whole thing is a shame.

I'm not offended. I don't have a "guy" with that being said I do think there's something to be said about working hard a being dedicated and loyal to a school. Programs make good and bad hires all the time but you never know until they actually have the chance to show what they can do.

But are you qualified to hire a coach? Have you ran a program before?

Be a part of the solution and not the problem them. I'm sure the new coach will need assistants. Apply to be one. Easy to sit behind a username and complain. Try doing something.
